The Ghetto president Bobi Wine will be launching his Kataala album on Oct, 1 at hotel Africana.

Singer Juliana Kanyomozi and PAM Awards artiste of the year 2008 should be one happy woman. The latest information we are receiving is that she completed her Lungujja Crib and will be shifting from the Ntinda based home to her newly constructed Lungujja pad soon.

Juliana will join other artistes like Bobi Wine and Dr. Jose Chameleone who reside in their own cribs. Bebe Cool's crib is under construction in Kiwatule.

A few weeks we told of how Dr. Jose Chameleone was asking his fans for what name to call his beach which is under construction. He posted on his wall that: "Coco Beach!!!! Construction in progress" he added that "I want to have a beach different from all. It's going to cost a lot but that's what it takes."

Now that is from the heavy weight himself assuring you of a quality Coco Beach that will soon open its doors to the public. One Love Beach on Busabala road is underway and it is amazing how Jose emulates Chamili.

It all started with the Escalade that Bobi bought forcing Chamili to pursue a similar path by bringing in a similar SUV. Bobi Wine opened up One Love Beach and now Jose Chameleone is working hard to launch Coco Beach which will be another event to look forward to.

No wonder these two are close buddies

The track is a dedication to his fans and an assurance to those who diss him but it looks like it is a misdirected missile so far. Its got nice beats but the message is lacking especially with such lines: "I defeat my enemies:- Lyrically, Physically, Musically, Financially and Academically "Atamanyi bwatamanya nti tamanyi, yesiga ne B ate neyewana..."

At some point it becomes clear this is an attack on Bebe Cool as a guy in a chair plus a light skinned babe doing it just like how Zuena does it in the Kasepiki video is featured in the Mr. Katala video.

        

In the above, the information is right from the respective videos. A closer look at the shoes clearly shows that they are not necessarily the same but could pass for the same family of shoes, look at how light the lady in Katala whose complexion is similar to Zuena is also Kuwajaring the kasepiki the way Zue does exactly in the Kasepiki video.

Meanwhile, Bebe Cool has enjoyed an increasing following in the last eight months or so because of Zuena who left him and later returned forcing Bebe to release hit after hit and a that was cooling down, he got shot at Nakumatt. Agenze, Akomyewo and now the return of the king are shows that have boosted Bebe's earnings.

Bebe Cool is clearly working on his image and he is not prepared to see anyone playing around with 'ekitibwa kye and kukyonoona' just like that. He reconciled with Bobi Wine during the return of the king show at KCC Grounds on Friday.

Bebe went ahead and assured the Goodlyfe Crew guys that he had no issues with them and they should stop the bickering and play their music roles. The posting on his wall goes: "radio and weasel much as it may seem that we have been rivals for quite a long time now...I just wanted to set things clear starting today.

No more beef..bulyomu akole echiche.. lets stop this kiddish fighting and move on coz I huv no problem with u now since I cleared things with Bobi...otherwise be blessed..Bebe"

The Goodlyfe Crew will be launching their Ngenda Maaso album in which they are likely to respond to Bebe's remarks. Meanwhile, as Bebe is trying everything possible to get everyone on board, Jose Chameleone and his brother Weasel of the Goodlyfe Crew are still not on very good terms.

All roads lead to Lugogo KCC Grounds as Bebe Cool returns to the stage and in his own words on his wall, Bebe had this to say:  "much as it may appear that i beef these young boys in the good lyfe crew...i admire their personalities and i guess the rivalry comes on issues to do with music...otherwise be blessed guys and don't forget.....7th may at KCC...i plan on setting the record straight by reconciling with bobi wine....be there"

Now we are yet to see if this will happen tonight because if you have listened or watched Bobi Wine's Katala video, you will not miss to notice the problem in the Uganda music industry which is by the way not helping anyone.

This is the very reason a track released today might not be worth listening to three weeks later simply because of the message contained in the song. That said, Bebe Cool and Chameleone are best of friends and in his message above, Bebe is trying to bring Bobi Wine to his side too. Hope that works out, otherwise tonight Zuena will be one of those rocking the stage with tracks like Amatta.

     
It is a bouncing baby boy called Shaka for the ghetto president Bobi Wine and Barbara Itungo (Barbie). This is Barbie Wine's third child after Kampala and Nairobi. Bobi Wine has another child with a UK based Ugandan woman called Safina.

The Ghetto president is over the moon after shooting the 'Katala' video which almost ended up in a strip tease and now with the baby news, the Ghetto president is more than happy.

     
Bobi Wine - The Ghetto president has a Ford Mustang, Land Cruiser and a Cadillac Escalade on top of a Range Rover for the wife. He also has a bus for his Fire Base Crew.

Dr. Chameleone - Cadillac Escalade model 2004, ML320, plus an Elgrande van for his Leone Island Crew.

Bebe Cool - A range rover with 'Bafudde' customized plates and just recently a Hummer3 which will be hitting the roads very soon. You can be sure the number plate on the hummer will be Munene or Big Size.

The artistes have had a number of cars over the years but now the game is not just about any car but it has to be a serious ride. Bobi Wine started the game with a Cadillac Escalade clearly making him the only Ugandan Artiste with a serious ride. Since the number plate on Bebe Cool's green ranger rover was 'BAFUDDE' Loosely translated as you are finished, Bobi Wine bought a gold Range Rover same series as Bebe Cool for Barbie.

Bebe has not been a settled man as far as rides are concerned with his Bafudde breaking down on a number of occasions and yet it is a bit of a common car on Kampala roads. The Bogolako Star is fast rising one of these days with construction of his crib in Kiwatule going on and now a hummer which as been his best wish. When the news of his Hummer hit his wall, fans were over posting BUBAKELEDDE !!!

Doctors Jose Chameleone and Hilderman have tasted money from politicians after their tracks 'Basiima Ogenze' and 'Amelia' for Jose and Hilderman respectively were bought for huge sums.

While others are reaping big the Goodlyfe boys Moze Radio and Weasel are not happy with Democratic Party's Norbert Mao who is using their collabo track with Gen Ozzy 'Potential' in his campaign drive. In the track, the New DP 2011 flag bearer Norbert Mao is referring to himself as having the potential for the presidency come 2011 and for that he is using the song.

The boys are not happy with the move and now want to call the new DP elect President Norbert Mao for talks to compensate them for the song.

Meanwhile, the Mazzi Mawanvu star Bobi Wine is not left out of those taking advantage of the election period with his track  'Akalulu' which the Electoral Commission is reviewing, once approved, that will be their campaign track as they intend to kick off with the country wide sensitization program.

For her being down to earth, she wins out top accolade of the most faithful, loving and idol celebrity mother. She can only be compared to randy Chameleone's Daniella. Word reaching us from Bobi's Magere home has it that she has bee shopping for stuffs like gloves, blades and cotton wool. We only hope that the President will be around at that time.

Meanwhile, Bobi/Barbie marriage seems to be on the rocks after snoops landed on news that Bobi was set to be introduced by Safina to her parents in the UK. Safina helped Bobi to payoff One Love Beach Owner. When Barbie heard of the the introduction of the side dish, she collapsed.

Zuena Preggie - This is good news that comes at the worst of all times. Just a few days after randy hubby was shot by a policeman, It was reported that Zuena could starve for at least six months. A friend to Zuena said: "You guys are not serious, how can you say Zuena is going to starve when Bebe has given her enough for six months."

Meanwhile, Bobi's Barbie is also set to drop a tot anytime from now and the Ghetto president is making preparations for a nursery at his Magere crib. Bobi and Barbie were seen last week at court battling out an assault case, she looked fit to burst.

        
The Ghetto president's contract with MTN has expired and we are told there is no move from the telecom company to renew it. Juliana's contract was cancelled a few weeks back and now Bobi Wine could fall into a similar situation.

An insider added: "Bobi's contract with MTN expired and there doesn't seem to be any chance of a renewal. He has been here to inquire and he was told they would get back to him. But that hasn't happened yet."

Meanwhile, from other sources we are gathering from the Fire Base Circles is that Bobi Wine bought for Barbie a Range Rover and he wanted to put ''First Lady'' number plates but the inland revenue department assured him that by default, the First Lady custom-made plates would fall to the right First Lady if at all need arises.

In the last 12 months, a number of Ugandan artistes like Bebe Cool, Bobi Wine, Eagles Productions, Hilderman, Harriet Kisakye and Stecia Mayanja among others have performed in South Africa on the invitation of a Ugandan, Henry Kabisi who owns Kiluba Promotions, a company based in Capetown South Africa.

Henry Kabisi who jetted into the country on the 23.Dec.2009 kicked off his tour with the One Love Beach at Busabala on the invitation of Bobi Wine and among others, they discussed how best they could help upcoming artists. The Kiruba Promotions Manager is also on the search for artistes he can take to perform in South Africa.

Kiruba Promotions has taken artists like Prof. J from Tanzania and others from Burundi. He will be in Jinja today before coming back to Kampala on Thursday to join other artistes at a fete they(artistes) have organised.
