Henry Tigan was yesterday morning arrested by CMI operatives for failing to pay shs 4.5m to Kaspat Kasule. It is alleged that in November 2009 , Tigan sold off his car (UAG 039W) to Kasule at the cost of 4.5million.

On paying the money, Tigan pleaded to Kaspat to give him the car as he had a show and Kaspat obliged but after the show Tigan sold the car to Bobi Wine at a cost of 7.5Million. Later Kaspat asked for the car from Tigan and Tigan responded by saying that the car had got an accident and it was in a certain garage in Luzira.

The two, Kaspat and Tigan went to Luzira to check on the car but Tigan escaped from the garage. On inquiring from the mechanics in the garage, they assured Kaspat that Tigan had never brought any car to the garage.

This forced Kaspat to open up a case at Jinja Road Police Station under file number 43/21/11/09. According to an officer at Jinja Road Police station, Tigan was summoned but he refused to respond so a warrant of arrest was issued against him.

However, Tigan denied selling his car to Kasule. "I never sold my car to Kasule at any one point. May be my former manager Suudi sold it without my notice, " Suudi also denied the claims.
