Last Thursday was the monthly fashion nite at Club Silk and Select Garments was showcasing their latest outfits and as usual there is usually an artiste to perform. Upcoming artiste Liane of the 'Holiday' fame was one of the artistes who performed on that night.

Seconds after the track had started playing the CD skipped but she kept on wiggling her butt to the amusement of the fans who were glued to her body. The track resumed shortly after and again skipped.

Liane could not stand the humiliation the CD was causing her so she dashed to the back stage running faster than than Dorcus Inzikuru the steeplechase runner until the situation returned to normal.

In her words she said: "Ummmmmh my c.d skipped, my God & when it did I thought it wudn't happen again & wen it did I actually ran off stage(pic me running) Geeeeeeez felt so embarrased naye star taffa I was bak on stage shortly & nailed it.

Did my songs like I was doing them for the last tym & the audience even asked for more....a gd day to y'all"

Most of the Ugandan artistes cannot perform without the help of their music playing in the background so it does not surprise many why Liane actually had to take off.
