Navio beat Bebe Cool, The Goodlyfe Duo (Moze Radio, Weasel) and Sizzaman of the 'Angella' hit fame. The young, hippy and fashion crazy teens made their voices heard and made it clear that it was time up for the so called big size, heavy weights and so on of the Ugandan music Industry.

The Buzz Teeniez awards were equally colourful as several celebs showed up cruising their customized rides and among them were; Big Size, Leone Island, Mulin, Zari and Judith Heard filling up the parking lot.

Most awards were taken by fairly new artistes or upcoming for that case. Of the old guards, it was only Judith Babirye whose 'Wanjagala' song emerged as the Teeniez Gospel song for the year 2011.

In a related developement, Teeniez Female Artiste was taken by Keko again a fairly new artiste compared to Iryn Namubiru, Cindy and Lilian Mbabazi she was competing with for the same. This says a lot about the type of music and genre the teens love and are ready to support.
