No doubt they are the best in the industry at the moment but the troubles that have befallen them and the rate at which their problems occur have set tongues wagging amongst their fans.
Chameleone
It all started with Jose Chameleone's broken legs after allegedly falling from his hotel room in Tanzania.

The Tanzania accident led to metals being put in his foot as you can see above and the doctors advised him to take ample rest but defied the doctors and went ahead to launch the Bayuda album jumping as though there were no metals in his legs yet at the time he was in a wheel chair too.

In January 2009, he was knocked around Wampewo avenue after a scuffle with some guy in club who happened to be a former girlfriend to his elder brother. The bouncers had to throw them out of the club and this meant shifting the war to the roads. They caught up with each other at Wampewo Av. and in a couple of seconds Jose was being lifted like a baby.

He was a bit relaxed apart from a simple exchange with a UPDF Colonel Tashobya, all was well until the 'Basiima Ogenze' launch when his metals once again gave way and this time protruding out of his foot, something that caused him a lot of pain. He was later admitted in Nsambya hospital to get the metals out.

He has been very busy with the world cup arrangements in which he is involved with the MTN Song. He will be the first Ugandan artiste to perform at a Fifa World Cup event which has kept him making various trips to SA for video and photo shoots.

Bebe Cool
Big Size, Munenenmunene, Ba wa Zuena and now King has equally had his side of the story. It all started with his wife leaving home after learning of Bebe's side dish. She decided to pack her bags and off she went to her parents in Jinja.

Zuena later came back to Kampala but Bebe Cool was not allowed to sleep at home so he had to rent elsewhere for several months. During this period, a number of hits like Agenze were released in trying to convince Zuena to drop all the ''charges'' Bobi Wine composed Wesontige in which he advised that bedroom matters are not for public consumption.

It was a trying moment for Bebe but like in many relationships, Zuena came back and Bebe rewarded her with a Honda CVR. In the wee hours of Jan 30 after R. Kelly performance, Bebe retired to Efendys and wanted to sample his music which I think at the time included hits like Boom Bark Bogoloko but management turned down the request as the Goodlyfe Boys were in the vicinity.

Bebe left but as he was leaving, a scuffle ensued in the parking area and that is how he got shot five times with some of his bodyguards. He has been using a wheelchair as his leg has not fully recovered.

Did I say not fully recovered, and just last Wednesday, Bebe Cool and Zuena Kirema got an accident on Kampala-Lira highway after the Honda CVR they were traveling in rolled four times after a trye burst.

It would have been a different story but none of the occupants died but Zuena went into coma shortly after the accident. The two are still admitted at Kadic Hospital in Bukoto, Kampala.
