US based Ugandan singer Shamir Sengendo will be Unplugged at Club Silk on the 29 of this month. There will be special performances from Ragga Dee and Desire Luzinda. Initially Desire and Shamir were getting closer by the day to the extent that when Desire went to the US in February, she even met the parents of Shamir.

Shamir was into showbiz as opposed to settling down forcing to Desire to look elsewhere. The latest info on Desire's love life is that she is now with a loaded CMI hajj. She has even converted to Islam and she is now Hajjat Desire Luzinda.

On her wall, some fans have intimated on the her converting to islam and she is not in denial. The 'Nyumirwa Nyo' star is not the first artist to convert to Islam. Juliana Kanyomozi did that for a few weeks when she was moving out with again US based boxer Kassim Ouma.
