Judith Babirye performed at the Pearl of Africa Music Awards that were held on the 6.Nov.2010 and the sector analysts say that she did that because it is Zain that sponsored the event as opposed to the previous versions that were sponsored by UBL a beer making company.
She was the best Gospel Artiste beating fellow gospel singers Pastor Wilson Bugembe, David Lumu and Joseph Ngoma. Secular artists like Jose Chameleone, Juliana Kanyomozi, Grace Nakimera, Bebe Cool ft Tikitah have all done gospel hits.
